General terms and conditions for a flight
The necessary conditions for any kind of flight to be possible are:
- We meet passengers first thing in the morning.
- We choose a place to take off and, if passengers would like to, they can help inflate the balloon.
- A support vehicle will pick us up at our landing site.
- WHAT TO WEAR: Dress according to the time of year. Don't carry heavy or bulky objects. Don't wear high heels or tight-fitting skirts.
- FLIGHT TIME: Flight lasts approximately 75 minutes (depending on the type).
- CONFIRMATION: Flights will be confirmed 48 hours before they are due to take place, always depending on whether conditions.
- Flying in a balloon always depends entirely on the weather, so flights will always be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions...
- For security reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to fly
- Children must be taller than 130 centimetres, which is the height of the basket; otherwise they wouldn't be able to see anything. They cannot be held up for security reasons and they must always fly with an accompanying adult.
- We cannot fly with people who suffer from prior medical conditions, have recently undergone surgery, those wearing external or internal prosthetic pieces in legs, arms, hips...
